What do you think of the baby name Emmanuel for a boy?

It's a great name! My bother's name is Emmanuel it means God is with us. Some of his friends call him E man or manny for short. My best friend calls him Manuel even though we're not hispanic. In my culture and language I use Manno which is like manny.





Either way its a great name not childish and not too grown up :)

I love the name and as someone mentioned it means God is With Us in hebrew. I am currently trying to conceive and I have chosen it as a middle name with Ravi....Ravi Emmanual (my husband is from Indian hence the name Ravi).

Reply:I always think of it as a hispanic name. Which is not a bad thing AT ALL. Just making an observation. It is a nice name. I am not a huge fan of it, but it is a nice name.
