All you have to do is email her telling her the gender of the baby and if you don't no it tell her that you dont no it yet.
Your last name
She will give you multiple choices not only a first name but a middle name that goes great with your last name. Also tell her any other info like if you have a preferable letter you would like it to start with. She responds pretty quickly too.
