is it normal to start thinking about baby names even before conceiving??

I have done it!!! I do not see the harm in it. It gives you something to do and keeps you hopeful. Good luck and baby dust!
Reply:baby making os so exciting, of course its normal to think of baby names. if you are ttc i bet you have also thought about what kind of parents you will be, and what it will be like to have a baby in your home :) hey maybe you even thought about schools already :) :) :) :)





we had a list of names before we started trying. and i couldnt help going to the baby section in the store and looking at the cute little outfits, and trying to imagine my own baby in them :)
Reply:I've had baby names picked out for a lonnngggg time. Be careful about telling people what you would name your baby though, they tend to steal them lol. Had that happen with the names I had picked out. Had the names since I was 12, they were taken last year :(

Reply:Heh, I knew my babies first name (for a boy) when I was 14 years old. I'm just glad the hubby likes it.





If we are blessed enough to have a bouncing baby boy, his name will be Trevor Alexander... :D
Reply:Yeah, I think everyone thinks about baby names years before they have a baby, it's just one of those things most people have to decide one day so might as well start planning now.
